Travolta Family Make A Movie Together – Stands by Scientology During Crisis

John Travolta returned to the red carpet last night for the first time since the death of his son Jett earlier this year, with his wife, fellow actress Kelly Preston, and his daughter, Ella Bleu. The family has been in relative seclusion since the seizure-related death, apart from appearances in court in the Bahamas.  Granting his first interview after his son Jett’s death in January, Travolta says that his family has been “working very hard every day… to heal.”

Despite recent rumors that the actor might be leaving his longtime faith, the Church of Scientology, daily religious counseling sessions have helped the family through the crisis. “We have our own way of doing it, and it has been helping,” says Travolta.
‘It’s a tricky thing,’ he added.
‘Sometimes, something that’s right for the moment is not right the next day.
The family has come out of seclusion in part to help promote Travolta’s new film, Old Dogs, and introduce his daughter, who co-stars in the movie, “to the world and giver her a beautiful future in film.”  The trio all appear in the family friendly movie, with the nine-year-old Ella Bleu, playing a twin who is cared for by two old men, a divorcee played by Robin Williams and a bachelor, played by Travolta.
