The film which will be directed by George Miller, will be shot in 3-D, and is set to be released November 18, 2011. Elijah Wood and Robin Williams will be returning to voice their characters from the 2006 original Happy Feet.
Brad Pitt and Matt Damon join cast of ‘Happy Feet 2′
I always wonder whether it’s really necessary to hire big stars to voice characters in animation features. But Hollywood seems to think it pays off and Warner Bros in this case have reportedly signed Brad Pitt and Matt Damonto voice characters for Happy Feet 2. The two haven’t made a movie together since Ocean’s Thirteen.
