If you had a wager on Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel getting close to the altar, it looks like your odds just got a great deal less fun… The 28-year old performer and ex-BF of Ms. Spears was spied with notorious womanizer, Brett Ratner and a large group of girls at a party for his new album at New York’s Hudson Terrace on Tuesday – adding more fuel to the rumors that Jessica’s gone.“He certainly didn’t look like a man with a girlfriend,” a fellow guest told Page Six. “He was partying in the VIP area with his friend, Trace Ayala, plus Brett and a lot of young girls. The girls were all fighting to give him their numbers, and he seemed to be enjoying it,” so we’re told.Justin and the guys left around 1.30am – with several of the girls eagerly right by their side.Justin and Jessica have been together three years, but JT’s been fighting rumors for months that they’re no longer an item. The pair even tried to prove a connection last month by attending a Jay-Z gig in LA. The groundswell of chatter regarding the shaky connection between Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel has become so relentless, Justin’s mom has now stepped in to restore some hope of calm.

Justin was seen partying hard – and alone – in Las Vegas this weekend, but Timber-Momma, Lynn Harless, says he’s not up for grabs. “He’s found someone that’ll golf with him, give him a hard time when he deserves it and stand up to him,” the lady told E.

Justin, 28, was in Vegas to act as host for a celebrity golf tournament and a benefit concert to raise funds for the Shriners Hospitals for Children. On hand to help were folks like Alicia Keys, Taylor Swift, Snoop Dogg, TLC, Ciara and Jay Sean.

But once the good deeds got done, JT hit the town – and Jessie was nowhere in sight.
