Tiger Woods not coping well?

As news sources find more alleged mistresses and continue to claim Elin Nordegren will divorce Tiger Woods with great certainty, word is that the golf superstar is not dealing well with the adversity and has isolated himself from friends taking on a bunker mentality.  The golf star reportedly spends his days eating cereal and watching cartoons, and his nights hitting golf balls, leading to concern among his friends “that he is dealing with the situation in a very unhealthy way,” according to an unnamed source.  Not even buddy and former NBA star Charles Barkley has been able to get in touch with him according to the NY Post. “I’ve been trying to get to him and can’t, it’s very frustrating,” Barkley said, adding, “Hey man, we love you. If you need anything, pick up the phone.”
Woods has plenty of reason to worry as his life crumbles around him. His wife, Elin Nordegren, is intent on divorce and has reportedly consulted top Hollywood divorce lawyer Sorrell Trope. But neighbors in the gated community where Woods lived with Nordegren say they spotted him coming home for therapy sessions with his outraged wife following their initial split. During the agonizing sessions, Woods would “just apologize over and over again” for his sexual transgressions during their five-year marriage. Then he’d go to a local golf course to hit some balls.
“He goes after dark so he can’t be seen,” a source tells US Magazine. “For him, what’s more therapeutic than hitting golf balls, the thing he’s best at in the whole world?”

Tiger Woods Avoided Affair Story Breaking Years Ago By Giving Exclusive Interview

I am not even going to be cynical or apologetic about doing another Tiger Woods story this time, because the details of this rumor coming from the Wall Street Journal are pretty intriguing.
Apparently, the National Enquirer managed to scrape up some evidence of Tiger’s affair with the Florida waitress tramp, Mindy Lawton (shown), back in 2007.
A photographer allegedly saw Woods, followed him to a church parking lot, and watched as he hooked up with Lawton, snapping a few photographs.
He then contacted Woods’ reps on behalf of the gossip tabloid, telling them he had proof of the golfer ‘praying’ with a woman who wasn’t his wife, Elin.
While Woods wouldn’t comment, and the reps vehemently denied the affair, they were supposedly ready with an offer, telling  the National Enquirer that Woods would do an exclusive interview and cover story, complete with never-before-given personal access, for their sister magazine, Men’s Fitness.  This totally mystified and steamed Golf Digest , which is owned by Condé Nast Publications Inc., who spent as much as $1 million annually on donations to the Tiger Woods Foundation, in exchange for Tiger to contribute monthly articles on golf techniques and limit his appearances in competing publications.
Ironically what the reporter failed to tell the reps, or poor Tiger, was that the pictures were so poorly lit and badly done that there was no way anyone would ever be able to say it was Tiger.
El. Oh. El.
American Media Inc., the owner of both Men’s Fitness magazine and the National Enquirer tabloid newspaper is denying that this “deal” ever happened, and Tiger’s reps refuse to comment. However, it doesn’t seem like a stretch to say this story is probably true. We have already confirmed that Lawton was laying on her back and cashing in.

Elin Nordegren moving out and hiring celebrity divorce lawyer?

According to many reports Elin Nordegren is taking Tiger’s cubs and moving them to a new den.  With rumors already swirling that a divorce is in the cards, moving crews descended on the family’s Florida mansion yesterday, where Tiger Woods’ furious wife, Elin, has been living since their infamous battle, and a source close to the golfer’s camp told The NY Post, “She’s making plans to move out and take the kids with her.

While many sites including ours have reported that Elin likely is strongly considering divorce, the drum beat has grown louder as the usually cautious People Magazine has jumped in with their own source that claims Elin  plans to leave Tiger. A high-profile Florida divorce attorney tells People that Nordegren has met with lawyers to renegotiate the Woods’ prenuptial agreement.
The Daily Mail, claims that the lawyer is celebrity attorney Sorrell Trope – who has represented Nicole Kidman and Britney Spears.  They surmise that her legal team will file for divorce in California where the couple have a home, instead of Florida, where they live, in order to get around the pre-nup and have a shot at 50% of Tiger’s plentiful assets.
Meanwhile Nike who has so far stood strongest in Tiger Woods camp might also faith Elin’s wrath. One of Nike’s big challengers Puma is supposedly courting, Elin to become the face of its Swedish-inspired clothing line Tretorn, according to  TMZ.

Tiger Woods’ Doctor facing court on dope charges

As the Tiger Woods melodrama rolls into week three, a new twist has emerged – A man is now facing scrutiny for links to the star;

The Daily News is reporting that Tiger’s Canadian doctor, Dr. Tony Galea was arrested in October and his Toronto clinic was raided after an assistant was caught transporting illegal drugs across the Canadian border, including human growth hormone (hGH) and Actovegin – both of which are banned by the World Anti-Doping Agency.

The Buffalo, New York office of the FBI is now investigating Dr. Galea and some of his colleagues, including one doctor who is known to have been working with Yankees’ star player, Alex Rodriguez.

An officer of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police told reporters that initial charges will be filed on Friday in a Toronto courtroom, focusing on customs and criminal code violations and Canada’s strict ‘Controlled substance’ law.

Galea first gained attention earlier this year when he treated Tiger for a minor injury, using a plasma injection therapy known as “blood spinning.” In the process, the patient’s own blood is spun in a centrifuge, then injected into an injured joint to accelerate healing. There’s no solid proof the process works and Dr. Galea is, so far, its only practitioner.

“Unequivocally, Dr. Galea denies any wrongdoing,” says Brian Greenspan, Galea’s attorney. “It has nothing to do with the Tiger Woods matter.”

US anti-doping officials, however, said that Galea is “definitely on our radar.”

Gary Wadler, a consultant for the World Anti-Doping Agency told reporters that blood spinning is a trendy but unproven procedure. The Agency allows it for use in a vein, but injection into muscle is banned as that may promote muscle growth.

As for Actovegin, use of the drug, which is derived from calf’s blood and boosts an athlete’s endurance by raising their blood’s oxygen capacity is totally illegal in the US. Back in 2000, French authorities investigated Lance Armstrong’s Tour de France team for possible use after a small bottle was found in a bag discarded by the support team. No use by any rider was ever proven.

The December 18 hearing is known in Canadian law as ‘an administrative appearance.’ It’s not a trial, and the suspect can only be sent for trial if charges are filed by that date. If none appear by that time, Galea could go free.

Galea’s attorney says his client is ‘a prominent sports physician, with a reputation that is well deserved,’ and seems confident that no trial will be needed; “I look forward to examining the allegations,” he has since told the press. “They are totally without support.”

Is Tiger’s Marriage Officially Over?

 A fourteenth mistress has been identified, and a source has confirmed that Tiger and Elin are officially living apart.

This comes after rumors of the split, when Elin posed for photos at a Florida gas station, and her engagement and wedding rings were conspicuously missing.

Now, I can say from a woman’s point of view that it is not a small thing to take off your wedding ring. When a woman does that it means something, and usually it means she is sick of your peen.

Considering Tiger has been dipping his into every escort, cocktail waitress, porn star, and server that he comes across under the age of 50 in the United States, and (allegedly) abroad, I think we can say this is a fair assessment for poor Elin.

In the meantime, 48-year-old yummy mummy Theresa Rogers has been named as lucky number 14. The mom of two has allegedly been banging Tiger all over the country for over five years, and is his longest running (and oldest) sex buddy.

In other Tiger news, USA Today/Gallup Poll did some kind of bizarre Presidential-like ratings poll on Tiger.

According to them, his popularity has dropped to 33% from 85% since the rumors of his affair began. Most of that drop was recorded just after his statement last week admitting to his infidelity.

Amazing how he has managed to hide his constant screwing around for so long, keeping his popularity so high. It is also amazing how his career and marriage are crumbling around him faster than a building under TNT.

I almost felt sorry for the guy….until number 14 was named.
