Heidi Montag threatens ‘The Hills’ boss with lawsuit

In a follow up to yesterday’s news of how ‘The Hills’ creator Adam DiVello might be facing lawsuit for harassment from Heidi Montag, it seems that event has now come to pass.
Since the allegations emerged, both Heidi’s co-star, Lauren Conrad and numerous other reality actors have denounced the claims against Adam as false, but despite this Heidi seems determined to proceed with her stunt suit.
She is planning to sue Adam for sexual harassment, alleging he touched her butt during a photo-shoot in March.
“Adam came up to her from behind and put one hand on her stomach and one directly on her butt,” an insider claims. “Heidi had six bodyguards with her. They took his hand off her and moved him away.”
Heidi immediately tried to bail on the shoot at that point, which got her denounced as a diva in most gossip blogs. But her well-trained husband, Spencer Pratt quickly tried to deflect the blame by claiming she was ’sick’ and didn’t even want to go to the shoot.
It’s also alleged her ‘problems’ with Adam increased after she had plastic surgery in November;
“Heidi started bringing security to the set because she felt Adam was getting creepy,” a snitch tells the News. “He was very touchy-feely and she said he kept asking her to strip down to a bikini for scenes. Adam wasn’t on-set much until Heidi got her new boobs. Now he shows up everywhere.”
The producers later pointed out to Ms. Montag no-one is important enough to be allowed more than one minder on-set.
As we reported yesterday, the MTV suits have investigated the claims and dismissed them as ‘completely false.’ Big surprise.
Also, in addition to Lauren’s dismissal of Heidi’s claims, co-star Lo Bosworth joined in via Twitter;
“I’ll repeat it: No one has ever been assaulted during our show.” she tweeted. “Hey, Spiedi!,Do you know the definition of slander??”
Not surprisingly, the two attention-sponges responsible for this have gone strangely silent now they’re being called out.
