Sandra Bullock has had it.
The Academy Award-winning actress has prepared divorce papers against her cheating hubby, while it was revealed today that the couple has a pre-nup agreement that specifies he gets no money should they split because of infidelity.
Bullock is ready to divorce Jesse James after it was revealed last month that he had cheated on her with at least four other women, RadarOnline.com reported.
The celebrity site reported last week that James had confessed to carrying on affairs with seven women.
As a result, the bad boy biker checked himself into an Arizona rehab clinic to receive treatment for sex addiction, but briefly left after Bullock stopped taking his calls. He then returned to the facility.

Earlier this month, Bullock's seemingly perfect five-year marriage was shattered when tattooed stripper Michelle "Bombshell" McGee revealed that she and James had been having a torrid affair.
Within days, James, a celebrity motorcycle builder and reality-TV star, apologized to his wife and three children from previous relationships through a statement issued to People magazine and later obtained by The Associated Press.
"It's because of my poor judgment that I deserve everything bad that is coming my way," he said. "This has caused my wife and kids pain and embarrassment beyond comprehension and I am extremely saddened to have brought this on them."
The marriage, however, was further strained over the past few days after James left rehab and Bullock refused to take his phone calls.
RadarOnline also reported today that Bullock and James have a prenuptial agreement that specifies he gets no money in a divorce if he cheats during the marriage.
“If she divorces Jesse and proves he was cheating, which won’t be hard, Sandra won’t have to pay Jesse anything,” said a source familiar with the situation.
A source close to the couple told RadarOnline.com that the actress -- who won an Oscar last month for best actress for her role in the movie "The Blind Side" -- protected her fortune "extremely well" in her pre-nup.
Despite that, a friend said, “Sandra is not thinking about the money. ... She’s just trying to deal with this mess."
Bullock has largely remained out of sight over the past month, canceling several public appearances after learning of the McGee affair.
