The snap shot show in front of a lot visitors at New York City's Metropolitan Museum of Art.
Defense lawyer Donald Schechter said that the museum is full of nude art, and to call what Neill and her photographer were doing an obscenity "is ridiculous."
Photographer Zach Hyman has been getting some attention for taking snapshots of nude models on subways. Hyman said nude paintings at the Met inspired him.
